REFUNDS & RETURNS

• We do our best not to add preservatives to our products. We encourage you to drink the beer within 3 months, white wine within approx. 1 year, red wine within approx 1.5-2 years and cider within 6 months. 
   

• The best way to store beer, wine and cider is in a cold dark place. A good rule to follow is  "If you wouldn't store your milk there, you shouldn't store your beer there." 2- 11C is best. 
   

• If the batch has turned or is not to the absolute best of our creating capabilities it must be returned within 2 weeks of bottling of it and professionally dumped by our team in person and on location to follow our regulations with the liquor board. 
   

• At least 85% of the batch needs to be returned to follow liquor board regulations. 
   

• 5 bottles will be sent off for testings and sampling to figure out what went wrong for quality control - whether it was ingredients, process, filtering or your bottles.

• You may receive either a refund or complimentary new batch to start. It is your choice. Whatever makes you happier. We want you to have the best experience with us and the best product, so please let us know what we can do to help. Each product is completely customizable as well. If you want it ever so slightly different or taken to extreme measures we will do our best to accommodate your request.
